Delivery may take up to 7 days for the cities and regions listed above. A Delivery Exception email shall be sent out as soon as your order is processed, indicating the updated delivery date.
2) Out of Stock Items:
In the rare case of out-of-stock items, we shall notify you of the delivery exception and updated delivery date. You can also request to cancel the order at this point or inquire about product alternatives if needed, a member of our team or a community pharmacist shall be glad to assist you.
**Specialty Products & Medical Equipment: Large items and specialized medical equipment such as home healthcare beds, wheelchairs, lift chairs, oxygen tanks & concentrators etc. will require a delivery appointment prior to delivery. We offer Click & Collect free of charge from any of our outlets in U.A.E and any FODEL pick up point. Please choose Pick-Up In Store or FODEL Pick Up option during checkout. Please wait for our Ready-To-Pickup email before proceeding to your pickup point.
