Thank You for shopping at Makkahpharmacy.ae (the “Site”). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to return items purchased from us, please read our returns policy below. Please note that the policies listed below are not congruent with the returns policies of any retail stores operated by Makkah Group of Pharmacies.

Returns

Our returns policy is 7 days for refunds and 14 days for exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimate or sanitary goods and some medicines/supplements.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items

* Sale/Clearance items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* First Aid Kits with missing/incomplete contents

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery (if applicable)

Exchanges

Exchanges for any eligible products purchased from the Site are available up to 14 days from the date of delivery. To submit an exchange request, please email us at returns@makkahpharmacy.ae and we shall provide instructions to complete your exchange.

Any successful product exchange request shall receive a credit of equal value to be redeemed within the Site. Please note that the credit will not be valid for any retail outlets operated by Makkah Group of Pharmacies.

Refunds

Refunds for any eligible products purchased from the Site are available for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. To submit a refund request, please email us at returns@makkahpharmacy.ae and we shall provide instructions to complete your exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card issuing institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@makkahpharmacy.ae.

Sale/Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/clearance items cannot be refunded unless defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they shall enquire about your return.

Cancellations

We strive to fulfill your orders at our earliest hence any order cancellation through the website can only be processed within 24 hours after the order was placed with the exception of ‘Same-Day’ delivery options.

Any cancellations done after 24 hours of placing the order or ‘Same Day’ delivery orders shall be processed as a return and a returns claim must be submitted to returns@makkahpharmacy.ae

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

The following products purchased from the Site are classified as defective and are eligible for a complete refund within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase:

*Faulty products that do not operate as advertised.

*Products damaged upon arrival

*Products, not the same as described by the label or description on the Site.

*Product not suitable for the intended use as described by the Site.

Please notify us about the defective items as soon as the defects are discovered by emailing us at returns@3whealthcare.com and we shall handle your claim with utmost urgency.
