• Gently introduce the nasal spray nozzle in the nostril
• Pulverize
• Repeat in the other nostril
For babies: Use as a physiologic serum while laying down, the head leaning on a side for the first nostril. Then lean forward as for the mucus to flow out and wipe with a soft tissue. As to avoid the liquid to drop in the throat, do not perform a nasal cleaning when baby’s head is leaning back
