Tropex contains phenazone, which is an analgesic and an anti-inflammatory agent and glycerol, which is used to soften ear wax. It is used to provide relief of symptoms associated with ear inflammation, soften and help remove ear wax.
The recommended dose is 4 to 6 drops to be instilled into the ear 3 to 4 times daily.
