Description:
TOBREX EYE DROPS contains Tobramycin which belongs to the group of antibiotics known as Antibiotics. It is used to manage bacterial infections of the external part of the eye, such as conjunctivitis and ear canal infections.

Bacterial conjunctivitis is the infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of your eyeball. Symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis include pain, discomfort, redness, itching, irritation, and watering of the eyes. Ear canal infection is the bacterial infection of external ear, which is characterised by ear pain, redness and swelling around the ear canal, discharge of fluid or pus from ear.

Do not wear contact lens if you have any ocular infection while using TOBREX EYE DROPS. Remove the contact lenses before using TOBREX EYE DROPS and can put them back after 15 minutes of use.

TOBREX EYE DROPS should be used with caution in patients who have ever had neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis or Parkinson’s disease.

TOBREX EYE DROPS should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding woman. Consult your doctor before using the medicine.

The safety and effectiveness of TOBREX EYE DROPS in children under the age of 12 months has not been established. Consult your doctor before using the medicine.

The common side effects of using this medicine are swollen/itchiness in eyelids, eye irritation, redness of eyes, watery eyes. Consult your doctor if the symptom worsens or does not improve.

How to use:
Always use TOBREX EYE DROPS exactly as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Instill the medicine into the affected eye or ear 1 to 2 times a day or as directed by the physician. Your doctor will prescribe the right dose depends on your age, body weight and disease condition.
