How to Use:
1. Start by holding the brace with both hands, ensuring the strap is at the top.
2. Slide your leg into the brace, positioning your knee into the circular cut-out.
3. After ensuring that the brace sits comfortably on your leg, proceed to adjust the strap's tightness. The brace should feel secure but not overly tight as to restrict blood flow.
4. Check the positioning of the support every few hours, adjusting if necessary.
