1. Wet the Vitis Sensitive Toothbrush under running water.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the brush.

5. Ensure you adequately brush all surfaces of your teeth — the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces, spending about 2 minutes in total.
