How to Use:
1. Make sure your hands are clean before you gently remove the tampon from the packaging.
2. The tampon follows a two-part applicator mechanism. Hold the applicator at the grip area, with the pointed end of the tampon facing you.
3. Insert the top of the applicator into the vagina at a slight upward tilt.
4. Once the applicator is in a comfortable position, use your index finger to push the inner tube through the outer tube, pushing the tampon into the vagina.
5. The tampon should now be positioned correctly when you no longer feel it. Carefully withdraw the applicator and dispose of it responsibly.
