Fill the cup with your preferred eye wash solution or preservative-free saline until it is about two-thirds full.
Lean your head forward slightly and bring the cup up to your eye.
With care, press the cup tightly against your face so that it forms a secure seal around your eye.
Tilt your head back and open your eye, allowing your eye to be bathed by the liquid.
Blink your eye several times to ensure the solution covers all parts of your eye.
Empty the cup after use and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
