How to Use:
- Take about 18 inches of floss from the dispenser and wind most of it around one of your middle fingers.
- Wind the remaining floss around the same finger on the opposite hand; this finger will take up the floss as it becomes soiled.
- Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers.
- Gently glide the floss between your teeth, using a sawing motion.
- Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure you go beneath the gum line. Never snap or force the floss.
- Use clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth.
- To remove the floss, use the same back-and-forth motion to bring the floss up and away from the teeth.
