How to Use:
• Thoroughly rinse your mouth or gargle for 20-30 seconds using 15-20 ml of Optima Aloedent Triple Action Mouthwash
• Spit out the mouthwash after use. Do not swallow.
• For best results, refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes post rinsing.
