How to Use:

• Start by opening all straps and laying the support on a flat surface with the smooth side facing down.
• Step into the support and slide it up your leg until the center of the knee cap fits into the hole in the center of the support.
• Fasten the lower strap behind your knee.
• Fasten the upper strap behind your knee.
• Adjust the strap tension for a firm, but comfortable fit. Ensure the support is not overly tight to cut off circulation.
