How To Use:
- Lie baby on back and tilt head back
- Hold the bottle upside down and direct into the right nostrils
- Angle the bottle away from the centre of the nose pointing towards the right ear
- Squeeze into nostrils
- Hold baby in this position for 1-2 minutes to give the saline time to thin the mucus
- Repeat in the left nostril
- Alternatively, the bottle may be used upright as a spray
