How to Use:
1. Apply a pea-sized amount of the Curaprox Be You Everyday Whitening Toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes. Ensure all areas, including the inside, outside and chewing surfaces of each tooth, are covered.
3. Spit the toothpaste out but do not rinse immediately after brushing. Leaving a little toothpaste on your teeth will allow the active ingredients to have a longer effect.
4. Brush twice daily, preferably in the morning and before going to bed at night, for optimum results.
