How to Use:
- Sit comfortably, preferably at a desk or table, with your legs and ankles uncrossed and your back supported.
- Put the cuff on your upper arm, ensuring it's placed at heart level. It should be snug but not too tight.
- Rest and relax for a couple of minutes before starting the measurement.
- Press the 'Start' button on the device to initiate a reading. Stay calm and remain still while the device is measuring.
- Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic pressure readings as well as your pulse rate.
- Use the application on your phone to read your results if you've connected your device via Bluetooth.
