How to Use:
1. Sit comfortably, preferably at a table, with your arm supported.
2. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, ensuring that the tubing is centered on the inside of your arm.
3. Press the 'Start/Stop' button to initiate the process. The cuff will inflate automatically.
4. Remain still and quiet while the monitor measures your blood pressure.
5. Once the reading is complete, the monitor will automatically deflate the cuff.
6. The systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen. An irregular heartbeat will be indicated, if detected.
