How to Use:
1. Unwrap the pad and remove the paper backing to reveal the adhesive.
2. Position the pad inside your underwear with the longer section at the back.
3. Firmly press down on the wings, sticking them to the underside of your underwear to secure the pad in place.
4. After usage, fold the pad, wrap it in the paper it came in, and dispose it in a dustbin. Do not flush.
