How to Use:
- Start by unwrapping the pad from its packaging.
- Next, unfold the pad and remove the backing paper to reveal the adhesive side.
- Position the pad in your underwear with the adhesive side down.
- If the pad has wings, unfold them and press them against the underside of your underwear.
- Check for comfort and security of the pad by walking around a bit. Adjust the pad as needed.
