How To Use:
1- Place the brush at the base of upper lashes and sweep upward while wiggling slightly.
2- Apply a second coat before the first dries for extra volume.
3- Use the tip of the wand to reach shorter corner lashes.
4- Remove with an eye makeup remover or micellar water.
